$95/hour for Onsite Regular Service
Calls (1 to 3 business days response time)
$150/hour for Onsite Emergency Service
Calls (1 to 4 hours response time)
$65/flat fee for Diagnostics
$95/hour for Repairs
$65/flat fee for Walk-in Installations*
$125/hour for Walk-in Emergencies
$50/hour for Consumer Products Training
$150/hour for Business or Professional
Products Training
$95/hour for Consulting Services
* iBook Hard Drives and Software Installation do not qualify for flat fee. An estimated price will be given prior to installation.
